Exhibition Game Officials Request

Officials are required for all exhibition games U10 Step 3 and up.  

To request Officials, please fill out this FORM at least 5 days before the intended game.

By submitting a request you acknowledge that:

1. The cost of Officials for an exhibition game is the responsibility of the teams. Officials are to be paid directly by the teams, BEFORE THE GAME STARTS
2. Travel incentives may be applied if Officials are coming from neighbouring associations*
3. Should you need to make changes or cancel this request, you will need to contact the Director of Officials as soon as possible (directorofofficials@airdrieringette.ca).
4. Any games that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the HOME TEAM is responsible for paying the officials.
5. We will do our best to provide as much notice as possible when securing Officials. If no Officials are secured you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance (from expected start time).
6. League games will be assigned Officials in priority before exhibition games.

• Without Officials an exhibition game cannot take place, that means no minor officials, no score clock, no shot clock.
